2008 Iowa Road Team

What is it?
Iowa's Road Team is a small group of professional truck drivers selected each year to represent the industry.  Although they are still full-time drivers, these drivers will take a few days each month during the next year to travel across the state to meet with the public and talk about highway safety and trucking issues.  .

Road Team members are chosen by their outstanding safety records and by how they finish in their respective classes at our annual State Truck Driving Championships.  They are excellent ambassadors of safety and represent the Trucking industry in a positive manner.
