As president, Brenda is primarily responsible for the organization and management of the operations of the IMTA. Brenda works with all areas of the organization, including marketing, communications, public relations, grassroots development, advocacy and public policy development, fundraising and financial oversight. Brenda also actively represents the industry on several committees and appointments on both the state and national level.

Don manages the IMTA’s safety and security department. In that capacity, he provides valuable support to IMTA member companies on issues of safety and security. In addition, Don assists with the IMTA’s on-going training efforts, safety auditing programs and the constant changes in several regulatory areas. Don is available to answer members regulatory questions and is the association's liaison with the FMCSA, Iowa DOT and several other regulatory agencies.

DeAnn serves as the executive assistant for the IMTA and assists with the daily office activities, as well as the Board of Directors meetings. DeAnn is a valuable asset as she offers her support and assistance with many of the association’s special projects. As the IMTA’s only part-time staff member, DeAnn works four days a week but generates a tremendous amount of effort and enthusiasm in everything she does.

Phillip oversees the marketing efforts for the numerous member programs the IMTA offers to its membership base. He also manages the association's sponsorship program, which brings year-round exposure to companies operating within the trucking industry, and assists with the creation of additional services that will benefit IMTA members.

Mike is involved with all aspects of the IMTA’s membership activities. His duties include member recruitment and retention, member outreach and advocacy, oversight of monthly billing and assisting with financial oversight of the membership department. Mike is often the point of contact at the IMTA for many members through his courtesy and event calls. Mike is also involved with the member outreach efforts and activities, and works with a couple divisions of the association and the Iowa Road Team.

Janelle joined the Iowa Motor Truck Association in April 2011 after spending eight years with the Iowa Cubs. The Iowa State graduate coordinates all the events hosted by the IMTA throughout the year. Additionally, she develops the various educational sessions member and non-members of the association are able to participate in on a continual basis.
