The Gray Zone: It's not WHO is right, but WHAT is right in the workplace

Presented by John Graci, Owner, Graci Leadership Solutions, LLC
Let's Face It...
We live in a culture where everything seems to be “Us vs. them.” This same division and confrontation can be seen in the workplace. Sales vs. Service; Management vs. Workers; Older Generations vs. Younger Generations, etc.  People live life in extremes, mostly because they just don’t know it any other way. There is no middle ground. Either intentionally or unintentionally, we often see things in black and white, without much appreciation for “The Gray Zone.”
In this high-level, interactive webinar you will gain an understanding of perceptions that leaders and co-workers have of everyday workplace situations that often lead to deteriorating relationships and lost productivity and then what is the right thing to do about it in the workplace.  If leaders and team members cannot effectively communicate with one another, you can say goodbye to employee engagement, productivity and retention.
About the presenter...
John’s straightforward and tell-it-like-it-is approach comes across as refreshing and riveting. He promises to engage you by addressing the problems employees face with solutions so logical, they are bound to say, “Why didn’t I think of that?” John challenges you to ask, “what can I do differently?” rather than being quick to blame others. On the road, he is known for his quick wit and slightly sarcastic sense of humor that is rooted in real-life examples and real-world knowledge which instantly improves the work environment. As seen on CNN and FOX News, John’s time-tested techniques provide nuggets of wisdom and in-the-trenches solutions across all generations.
