COMPLETE THE STEPS BELOW IN ORDER TO SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE GUEST/VOLUNTEER REGISTRATIONS

STEP ONE (VOLUNTEERS ONLY)

Complete the Volunteer Form. Click here to review.

  • Any sections marked with an * are required.

STEP TWO (VOLUNTEERS ONLY)

Complete the TDC Medical Release Form. Click here for the form.

  • Any sections marked with an * are required.

STEP THREE

If guests/volunteers are wanting to attend any meal events, finalize the registration by accessing the Official Registration Page. Click here to finalize.

  • YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION
    • Enter your email address and click GO
      • If the email address is NOT in our database – enter your name, then click continue
      • If the email address is in our database – confirm your name, then click continue
  • SELECT REGISTRATION OPTIONS
    • Select the appropriate meal events guest(s) will be registering for.
  • REGISTRATION INFORMATION
    • Under each "attendee" select <Someone else> from the dropdown menu & enter in the guest's information
    • If the guest name is unknown at the time of registration, put TBD as their first & last name.
  • COMPLETE REGISTRATION
    • Here you can select to pay online, or pay by invoice.
